We are not a direct funder—we serve as a specialist intermediary and strategic litigation funding consultant. Our primary role is to structure and secure funding from our exclusive network of institutional funders, litigation finance entities, and private capital sources. These funders assume the financial risk of litigation in return for a pre-agreed share in the proceeds, payable only upon a successful outcome.

We work closely with claimants and their counsel to understand the dispute's nature, jurisdiction, expected duration, and financial metrics. Our team designs success-based, non-recourse models tailored to each case's quantum and enforceability. Whether it's a multi-crore commercial dispute, a legacy property matter, or insolvency-linked litigation, our funding models are customized to ensure legal access without compromising operational liquidity. We also manage the complete documentation process—drafting, vetting, and negotiating Litigation Funding Agreements (LFAs)—ensuring transparency, enforceability, and alignment of interests between litigants and funders.
